Hello I recently took out a new contract with a Galaxy S3 and was advised to move my apps from my old phone onto the micro SD card, and then from there onto my new phone. Trouble is, I can't work out how to "see" them or install them on the S3, can anyone advise? Thanks.

I must admit that I would not have thought you would be able to without any backup software?

Would it not be easier to just go through the Play Store after and just give you the chance to have a clear out and just reinstall the apps that you use?

I'm guessing they will be free for most of them if you use the same GMAIL account?

Are you after the data as well as the apps?

If not just download from play again. It will do it automatically anyway if you use the same play store login.
