I'm the same having read the books after the first series. But if the speculation is true and this is the end of the adaptations of the books than it should work out how it ended. If you know what I mean.
I read the books after the first series as well, but I forget how it ended (may have to re-read the last one again as you have me intrigued now!)

A lovely interview of Jennifer Worth's husband and daughter and how they like to watch the show.

Helen George was very guarded on what she could say about Sunday's episode (especially regarding Chummy).

I suppose with a show that is just chewing up everything in its path, the Beeb don't want anything given away to maximise its viewers and keep the anticipation, especially with it a final episode as well (whether its CTM or whatever) even thought stuff does get out

knowing what might happen with something though doesnt tend to stop me personally watching though...even though Im going to have to rely on sky+ as I'm going to be stuck on a train at 8.00pm on Sunday

I have been thinking about the arguments regarding spoilers/books etc. on here, and have created my own Call The Midwife forum, which has separate spoiler and book areas, as well as separate discussion spaces for each episode and character.

I don't know if anyone is interested in it, but if you are, here is the website:

callthemidwife.prob.oards.com

btw, there isn't supposed to be a dot between the b and o there, but this forum wouldn't let me post the word without blanking it out for some reason

Watching Helen George on 'Saturday Kitchen' at the moment - she obviously won't be able say anything in detail about how the series ends, or what happens to whom in it... but you never know!

[QUOTE=ruby-tuesday;64588588]thank you for your interesting post, I've never been to Poplar but I'd now like to visit this area after reading your comments

Save yourself the bus fare friend, Poplar is not even a shadow of what it once was, poverty stricken or not, the planners and politicians saw to that. Now, it's not even a blot on the landscape.
yes, it's a shame that this is happening in many parts of London now, really looking forward to CtM tomorrow and I haven't read any spoilers so whatever happens will be a surprise

Seconded - best wishes to all fellow Mums! No matter when, where or how out babies came into the world, we're all Mums and our children are precious, no matter how old they are!

I don't want tonight to come, and yet I do - I suspect I'm not the only one!

I seem to recall.

I don't know if the tabloid speculations are exactly spoilers at this late level, it is pretty innocent, but there is a picture, promotion of course, which I haven't seen published before.

Spoiler

oh be still my soul.....

Hi
To do a spoiler tag you highlight your sentence and then press the S symbol on the top right of the comments box over the smileys.
