I have had issues with my phone switching of and wondered if anyone has the same problems. I read one post that it maybe the battery. I also read if i take of the plastic protective cover of my phone it will stop switching of so in the last 24 hours is has stayed on, odd I know. Anyone had the same issues

Are you running the latest software?.....There was a problem way back where it kept rebooting, or switching off..

Same thing happens with my S1... Sometimes it restarts, and I thought that might be to do with something updating, but other times it just switches off and won't turn on unless I pull the battery out and put it back in!

Almost upgrade time, anyway...

The phone updates automatically, but since I took the plastic casing of it has not done it

My first one kept switching off, as it was within the 14 days return I did return and was given a new replacement, this one has never switched itself off, I had taken the plastic front off both units.

my wife has my old one and it does exactly the same thing.
it only started doing this after i had updated it on kies.
when you switch it back on does it also make a ringing noise?
