Oh, I am very excited about Amy's brief appearance. AND yes, tea must be drunk after they have sent Ste and the kids out, so they can have a little 'chat' about things

Could Amy be the lurker in the shadows that we all assumed would be Walker?

My lunch room is so very Irish today. One of them has a brother called Brendan

I bet she turns up in a flaming rage after Leah says something about the Hairy Man coming to stay. Probably threatens to take the kids away, yada yada.

Then she'll see how completely amazing they are together, and make her peace. They'll all have tea together. Then she'll narrow her eyes and tell Brendan if he puts a foot out of line, he'll regret it. Then she'll leave them a Fit Boyz calendar and go back to Namibia/Manchester.

I'm so pleased. Genuinely gutted when she left.

I don't think Amy ever lurks. She just goes barging in. She's the original cockblock.

It's always fun to watch to watch her sass Brendan, and he can't really do anything about it because of how much Ste loves her

I love how she always has Ste's back, and cares for him so strongly. I'm sure at first she'll be all "You're crazy, Brendan's a psycho" etc. But then I imagine she'll leave having reached some kind of reluctant peace with Brendan.

I would actually die if Brendan and Ste were down in the cellar of LOVE together, and she walked in on them.

Actually, it would be brilliant if they bring up all their history, Lee, all of it, and have a massive barney. Then totally make peace. The kids will say how much they love Daddy Brendan, and she'll be totally won over.

I am not sure how much of a role she'll have. As people have typed, I think she might be there all angry like Ste has lost the plot, but then recognise how in love they are and give her approval....no, that's not a tear in my eye...

Really good question though. I'm sure Ste will tell her something about Brendan. It could be really dramatic. And Ste can tell her he wanted to be there for Brendan like she was there for him. Oh, I hope this is good, it could be a cracker.

In glad Amy's coming back for a tiny bit I was worried that if she was coming back long term again it'd be cos of you know what but at least if she does it's not happening right now cos of the two episode thing. It's not unrealistic anyway that she wouldn't pop home for a short visit with her having kids.
