My friend has a Nokia 113 it is less then 2weeks old from car phone warehouse.

Until today it was working fine, but suddenly the ear speaker has stopped working, the buttons beep, the phone rings but she is unable to hear the other end of the call (they can hear her fine) also when she is calling someone she can't hear it ring. Loudspeaker mode makes no effect.

For now she is able to use earphones to hear the other caller.

She has check the volume and turned the phone on and off, removed the sim.

Does anyone have any ideas is there a strange setting somewhere or has it broke??

If it is broke will CPW just replace it as it is so new or will they have to send it away, leaving her without a phone.

Any hints tips surgestions great fully recivied.

Don't know if you're still looking for an answer but if it's less than 28 days old and the fault would be covered by the warranty (ie not physical damage etc), then they should just exchange it.
Beyond 28 days, they'll send it away for repair but should provide a spare phone to use in the mean time, provided they have stock.
