Early hours of this Morning i went onto there website to see if i can get a phone under Contract with them and got my log in details for online account but when i go onto it it keeps telling me to come back later as sales team are dealing with my sale.
so how long does it take for them to let you know if you got it or not? will they send a email? |

IIRC when I joined T-Mobile once you've passed the credit checks etc you should get an email to say it's on your way to you.

When I had a t mobile contract I got the conformation email immediately and the email telling me my phone would be here before 1pm the next day within 15 minutes.
Unless you're one of those losers who has stolen items in the past by getting it on credit then not paying for it I doubt you'll have a problem. They might just be very busy. i But it's generally just like all credit, you get your acceptance straight away. Unless you have a suspect credit file, even then they may not refuse you. Credit is a weird thing at times, my bank sent me a letter telling me I had a £1500 credit card waiting for me (recently changed. Banks) pre approved, I signed the form an when the card arrived its limit is for £10'800 lol I get the ten thousand but why the 800 lol. I think the OP must have a borderline credit score, |

I think it took a little while, a few hours from order confirmation to acceptance.
I have an exemplary credit record (I'm fairly sure there is no credit score in the UK, other than an indicator that some agencies calculate just to let you know at a glance), I'm in my 20s and I've had no problems taking out contracts in the past. |

Your credit rating must not be the best then, if you think this is wrong see what Equifax hold on you as T-Mob use them for their credit checks.

Maybe you should pay the £100 as your credit score can be low if you haven't had much credit before . The reason being if you don't have a credit/payment history no one knows if your a high risk. Pay the refundable deposit and start building a good credit score. |
