Leftover chicken jalfrezi with some tinned new potatoes
Bag of chipshop chips, fishcake, and a few curled-up stale slices of bread
Euro-shopper milk chocolate bar with hazelnut

Not too healthy a day with regards to food really. Will make amends tomorrow.

Coal > Cardboard? Really?

I agree about Granola, and everything else seems to be in order.

Wow, that sounds super, super healthy, far too much fibre for me though.

I made spag. bol. (but I didn't really eat it because the mince was horrible and I kept finding 'bits' in it).

So then I had crisps and bagels (with 'everything' from Costco), cream cheese and cucumber.

and a couple of chocs left over from Xmas.
