I ate, Breakfast: Donut and Milk Lunch: Lamb curry + A box of mixed fruit Salad Snack: Box of Exotic Fruit Salad Dinner: Cod, Chips, 2 beefs, and mixed vegetables + Banana |

waaaaayyyy too much!
I dont eat breakfast. red pepper sticks and sour cream and chive dip - snack about 11ish Chicken tikka sandwich about 2 pepper sticks and sour cream and chive dip about 5ish teryaki veggie noodle stir fry with red and orange pepper, broccoli, baby sweetcorn, and mangetout for dinner about 8ish, with grapes for dessert munching on cucumber and pepper sticks again now |

Leftover chicken jalfrezi with some tinned new potatoes
Bag of chipshop chips, fishcake, and a few curled-up stale slices of bread Euro-shopper milk chocolate bar with hazelnut Not too healthy a day with regards to food really. Will make amends tomorrow. |

three potato waffles cup o tea lunch pork and beef meatloaf out of morrisons ..... straight up with nothing else YUM dinner sweet and sour chicken and rice weight watchers meal out of ..... morrisons!!! also a kit kat

Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich, vegetable soup, some dark chocolate & a glass of milk Dinner: Baked potato with cottage cheese, salad and veg Supper: Two slices of toast with butter Snacks: Cashew nuts, Apple & Grape pack, Mandarin segments |

No breakfast.
Home made Lamb curry with rice, 1 tangerine for lunch at work. For dinner Lamb curry rice again at home.Will have a pear and water now then bed. |

(but I didn't really eat it because the mince was horrible and I kept finding 'bits' in it). So then I had crisps and bagels (with 'everything' from Costco), cream cheese and cucumber. and a couple of chocs left over from Xmas. |
