Which Android Photo Editor

Can anyone suggest a photo editor app for Android, which has basic editing tools (like adding text) and critically can resize the image? I have tried Aviary which is very good, but can't resize the images.

The imaginatively named Photo Editor does just about everything....

The built in one, (4.1 or 4.2 upwards I think) is surprisingly decent for tweaks.

Can you resize on it as well? I hate emailing or uploading large image sizes.

I use the often-forgotten PicSay Pro (there's a free version too).

It's got loads of stupid effects, but it also very powerful as fixes, enhancements and better instagram-style filters.

Can crop and resize to your hearts content

Thanks for the suggestions. I am using PhotoEditor at the moment which seems to be what I need. I may well try out the other ones suggested as well.
