This is true. Jonny is her senior and she should know that at work he simply cannot favour her simply because she is his girlfriend. She is very stupid to think that especially in professional matters he would automatically be her side purely out of personal reason. She is being very immature.

I hope your boyfriend is right. It's not so much that I want Janny back together (think that ship might have sailed though they have neen more like their old selves the last 3 weeks) but I just don't want him and Bonnie together and happy as I find them infuriating and (childish I know) I don't want her to 'win' over Jac.

I totally agree! I also feel like his character has been dragged down a lot lately, especially when Bonnie got introduced. Hopefully she does leave and they can at least get his character back on track and proceed from there!

Who do we think Jac's crush was on? Given Jonny's comment about it being off target (or similar) i'm thinking they might have been gay? George Michael perhaps? Or Boy George? Even with her reduced age (39) now I think she'd be too old for Bros and similar at 13 surely.

My first thought was George Michael, but hadn't considered Boy George as an option (I suppose it'll be one of those never-answered questions that Holby sometimes has)

I think it was yes. Also not that he didn't actually say yes to living together - just a flip comment about being frugal and then putting off the discussion.

I always maintained that the reason Joseph persevered with Faye for so long was that he was determined to prove to everybody (including himself) that he was over Jac and could have a 'normal' relationship with a 'nice' girl. There might be a little bit of that with Bonnie as well, or just that he doesn't see himself doing any better, especially since they had an ex like Jac to put up with.

Urgh. Honestly, I know that an affair might seem like a backwards step but it is the most preferable out of the 'juicy' complications I can think of. At least it will wipe the smirk off Bonnie's face. Although, does an affair make it more likely they won't end up together.

I'm too tired and too pissed off to say anything other than Mo is soooo two faced - telling Jac she would much rather he was with her than Bonnie and now telling Bonnie that he has never been happier than he is with her!!

Quite. And bonnie thinking she hadn't been supportive enough! Newsflash Bonnie - you have had much more support from Mo and indeed Jinny than Jac ever has. Indeed more support that Jac has had from anybody in her entire life! And that includes Elliot who was smiling away at the 'happy' couple.

One last snipe at Bonnie - how unprofessional to bring up the possible diagnosis in front of the Patient. Unprofessional in that undermines colleagues (staff nurse has got what more senior nurse and Consultant have missed) and to the Patient who didn't need to know her confidence about the tattoo had been broken. Bonnie could have said something in private, Jac asks to listen to her chest from the back and 'notices' the tattoo.

How does Mo know what Jac and Jonny were like when they were on their own anyway? Like their weekend away. She's not in his head, she can't say when he was happiest.

Though, to go back to my post of last week, I do suspect he finds Bonnie's company easier in that they have more in common, like doing the same things, it isn't constant banter and maybe that is what Mo has observed and is commenting on.

And in Mo's defence those 2 things could both be true (or at least have been true when she said them). Bonnie hadn't been in it that long when she said that to Jac, so perhaps she's got to know/like her more and, tbf, Jonny does appear to be more consistently happy with Bonnie than he was with Jac (their relationship being quite tempestuous to say the least!!)

I agree she might have changed her mind re Bonnie but still think she is being very hard on Jac considering the way she seemed to get quite fond of her in that latter part of the pregnancy. And she is quite two faced, the thing with Colette a couple of weeks ago showed that.

Still, at least she did, in a nice way, basically tell Bonnie to suck it up and smile through it rather than advising her to fight or something similar.

I didn't really see an issue with the Colette thing. Mo helpfully (but I would have thought unnecessarily) gave Jac the heads up about her being on the side of the nurses and I just assumed, because she seemed to know exactly where it was, that Colette had forgotten her bag (although why she left it at the nurses station rather than in her lockable office or the lockable locker room is anyone's guess!) And as far as I remember Mo didn't do anything to provoke Jac to have her rant/outburst?? And wasn't it Jonny who said Colette had gone??


ETA: And I'd have thought that as a CNM Jonny would be doing less patient work and more managerial stuff (the clue's in the name) so would be spending less time in surgery not more??? If he'd become a Clinical Nurse Specialist that might have been different but everyone else I know of who's a manager in the NHS always say it means they spend less time with the patients/
