Why no TV Internet app like radio's tunein app.

Why is there not a Internet TV app, that has the same large range of stations, like the radio app tunein, I can see a real need for world wide TV.

It's dodgy as to whether you'd be allowed to share foreign TV over the internet, but you can get Freeview channels (as well as a few bonus channels) via Catchup TV

All sorts of legal issues i guess, there are sites that will give you access to some TV sites, but UK and USA sites are often restricted due to commercial restrictions on things like sport, films etc.
