I'm with you on the Train station thing too.

Oh as we're face spotting, what has the woman on the train been in?

Nobody has said it yet. But

1 guy is the probation worker from Misfits \ copper from Line Of Duty
1 guy is the "generic" bad guy who has been on Good Cop \ Accused
1 guy is "Jez" from Corrie
1 guy is "a guy" from Waterloo Road

Not watched it yet ... but I recognised all the different faces. ... That is all
1 guy I recognised from The Visit. He played an inmate who I recall did a dirty protest.

Yes Phoenix nights
Yes, woman on train, was bugging me were I recognised her from.

Even though I'm a United fan, surprisingly I still enjoyed it!

Would you see Stockport as a threat?

Do you know the name of the actress? I recognised her face the moment I saw her, but I can't remember what she's been in (aside from Phoenix Nights) and now it's annoying me!

She's probably best known as Mrs. Hardman in My Parents are Aliens

Personally I really enjoyed it. Found it hilarious when she said 'Now he'll be in heaven, where no more Renault Espaces can run him over'

I've just watched it. Got it on record for next week. Started off badly. Boring. Silly. But I ended up actually liking it. I'm sure most good sitcoms start off a bit meh then improve. Btw I say both railway and train station but mostly train😜

Just watched this and was very pleasantly surprised, (after a rather poor first few minutes).

As a Stopfordian, I did spend most of the time checking out local landmarks. It's always nice to see your home town on the telly.
Also nice to spot the glaring plot devices, eg having Piccadilly Station 'just over there' from the Midland Hotel. Lol, they would've been knackered trying to carry the drunk groom there and back!

Looking forward to next week.

The tall chap with the glasses, played by Craig Parkinson, was the reverend in The Secret of Crickley Hall.
He's been in Whitechapel as well playing one of the relatives of the Krays or summat
