I'm doing Valentines cupcakes this weekend for any of my friends who want to order some from me.
I am thinking (hoping )they might like to put in an order for some closer to Valentines day.
Is it too early ?

Nah its not too early, seems like common sense to me as you'll know exactly what they require and have plenty of time to have all ingredients ready rather than a last minute rush if you left it till only a couple of days before hand

And you'll have time to re-do the lop sided ones

lol I took somebody's advice (I can't remember who it was at the moment) and I baked them at 150 for 30 minutes, and they are great - no lop sided ones !
