Initial report is 'irregular heartbeat' though I'm not sure how geraghty would have diagnosed that during the race......probably just felt he wasn't going as well as he normally does

Ultimately the Horse's well-being must be first priority, and if Sprinter Sacre wasn't right then the jockey did the right thing in pulling him up.

Totally agree

Makes you wonder whether they had any worries before the off and Gerahty was under instructions to pull him up if he didn't feel right

Didn't Denman have a similar problem that caused him to miss the Hennessy in 2008?

The vet has confirmed that Sprinter Sacre has an irregular heartbeat and is similar to what Denman had. Down to the size of the heart apparently

Doing more tests over the next 48 hours

Good to see Bob's Worth back on track......he didn't half stick his neck out in the finish. As it stands I can't see anything beating him in the Gold Cup unless Cue Card is more of a stayer than he appears to be (which is possible!)

Poor guy has just lost a ruling from IBAS from a bet he placed in a major bookies, personally I cannot believe that they failed to rule in his favour.
Here is a link to what actually happened.

Kooking forward to the big race at Leopardstown this afternoon

Hurrican Fly is odds against which must be first time for a while

Should be a cracker

Class, just sheer class, Hurricane Fly is just bloody good.Yes there is an argument that the beast will never be rated as the best because no-one dared to put up a good horse against it.

Love this horse to bits

edit...ok Jezki and Our Connor tried..says it all really

Great stuff from Hurricane Fly, but in fairness, I think Our Conor will improve for that run and he will only turn 5 on Wednesday.

Not much between them over the last.

The Champion Hurdle is arguably the most eagerly anticipated race of the season from this point forward.
