Cher Lloyd - Want U Back was relatively low on Radio until she went to 4 on Itunes, then it increased massively within 3 days!

The song is definitely blowing up, though it's because of the Flo Rida feature. Easy way to score a hit. The true test will be if he can have a hit on radio by himself without any help. Either way the song is damn catchy, so good luck to him.

He has to establish himself first. It's not easy even with a Flo Rida feature. People don't just instantly think oh Flo Rida's in it I'm going to buy it. They may have a listen though at least and that much Flo Rida is contributing to. But this way people actually listen to his music and if they like it, they'll be on the lookout for the next one and so will the radios.. I agree, to an extent. Using Flo Rida means he's getting his foot in the door, when it comes to radio anyway. However, when the next single goes to radio, it'll be interesting to see if American radio is here for Olly Murs or whether it was just for Troublemaker ft Flo Rida. It might work out, it might not. I think it's wise he releases a solo single before the album launch. Features are never good to launch an album off.

He did support One Direction on part of their last USA tour and was very well received

yes, but for some reason "Heart Skips A Beat" peaked #96 on the Hot 100
Well, by its position on the radio/itunes this week he will debut on the Hot 100 and in 2 weeks will climb a lot. I predict a Top 20 peak.

He only peaked at 96 because of airplay, I think he only went Top 30 on Top 40/M which is why the position was low.
