Dessert ideas for today...
HazzaGrazza

I have in my kitchen;

4 eggs
284ml double cream
Plain flour
Golden caster sugar
Honey
2 Lemons
2 Clementines
1 Vanilla pod

Any ideas what I could make for dessert? No pastry ideas please, as I want it to be fairly quick.

Edit: I have a load of amaretto biscuits too.

Thanks

You could make a syllabub or a very strange cheesecake using the syllabub.

Lemon posset? Lemon mousse?

I was going to suggest syllabub, too.

Or if you have any gelatine (or agar-agar or arrowroot) in the store cupboard, you could scale-down this delicious-sounding recipe for clementine panna cotta.

Thanks for the advice guys. I put lemon dessert in to BBC good food and found this that I think I'll make;
