Whats your fave Destiny's Child studio album?
Destiny's Child (1998)
The Writing's On The Wall (1999) Survivor (2001) Destiny's Fulfilled (2004) I think their debut album is a really poor album and I have tried re listening to it several times recently but other than a select few tracks including No No No I think its dire and its no wonder it is no longer in print. I think TWOTW is one of the best if not the best RnB album of all time, I love almost every song on it and my only nitpick is that So Good wasn't a single its such a good song I prefer it to Jumpin' Jumpin' & Bugaboo. Survivor is also classic but for me has a fair bit of filler on it and I thought the move to a poppier sound was a bit drastic after the very RnB TWOTW. Destiny's Fulfilled is good but also has a fair bit of filler and I ddn't think Soldier and Girl were very good singles choices at all especially Solider. |

Between TWOTW and DF for me. But I think destiny fulfilled pips it because it's doesn't try to be anything but a solid R&B album and i love it. Especially "If" I agree girl wasn't a strong single choice.

TWOTW is a classic album. They certainly peaked with that.

The Writing's on the wall
Their debut is very poor, but Writing's on the wall is just one of those fantastic R&B albums that really reflect how great R&B music was back then. It is a bit of a classic in my opinion and perhaps the best album ever by a girlgroup. Survivor was a great follow up as well as is their second best. Their fourth and final album was very hit and miss for me though. |

It has to be TWOTW, with Survivor second.

TWOTW for me, followed by destiny fulfilled. Survivor was a horrible attempt at a more pop-orientated sound. The production was a complete mess.

The Writing's On The Wall their absolute best album and a classic slice of 90's R&B everything they did after paled into comparison and beyonce herself only did another album that good for me with 4.

TWOTW by FAR - then Destiny Fulfilled, then the debut, then the abysmal Survivor - quite possibly the most disappointing follow-ups to a classic album in music history!! SOOOOO awful bar Independent Women and Bootylicious

The Writing's on the Wall was an amazing album. I feel like they peaked at that. Survivor was ok but I lost interest by Destiny Fulfilled and didn't even get the album.
