Virgin Media in NW England
HI
I live in the NW of England around the Wigan /Leigh area , for about the last 3 months , at Prime time in the evening basically had no service , very laggy and disconnects, and download speeds of less than 1 mb superhub was changed and it made no difference Finally just before Christmas have been told that its down to the service being overutilised , and would be sorted soon, its now at the end of January , and have just been told will be at least another 2 weeks , its about the 3rd time they have moved the ETA for restoral of service and I have had enough. does anybody know how easy/hard it is to allocate more bandwidth to an area, as am sick of this , and dont know if its VM stringing me along or its genuine on their part thanks in advance |
