Has anybody experienced any issues using the BBC Sport App on their Samsunbg Smart TV? I've recently bought a UE22ES5400W and all apps are working fine except for the BBC Sport App. When I load it I see a a "Loading" message which then disappears after a few seconds and I get nothing except a grey screen.

I have tried updating the firmware and resetting with no luck. Through google I have come across a couple of other references to this issue but not found a solution. Samsung have not been very helpful so far when I logged it with them - does anybody have any suggestions?
