I was going to suggest that, for a practical joke, they put something really nasty in the slipper, but I guess that's going to happen anyway now.

Didn't she say tonight that if she didn't get Cinders she would be the cat and other minor parts

No, she would be a cat.

The director said ages ago (to Vic) that he'd be a cat and there'd also be a sexy female cat.

Did C4 show their original auditions or something more recent?

Can Jade actually sing?

Is Jade any easier to understand when she's acting as Cinders than when she's talking normally?

Me too.

They'd obviously decided already then that Jade wouldn't be a cat

Well, at least we're spared the sight of Jade in a sexy skintight catsuit! *shudders*

Well according to the official site, there's just "Fairy Hairdresser - The Fairy's personal, fashion-conscious stylist... Noone went for this role but since Jade spent quite some time giving Spencer a haircut on the second day, she could be a strong candidate if she doesn't get Cinders. "

I'm pleased to hear that Anouska may have some more roles to play - the whole "vote" thing has left a sour taste in the mouth .....

Would that be 'fairy hairdresser in a skin tight leather suit', do you think?...............

I'm gutted that Anouska didn't get the part and did actually vote for her a couple of times Oh well...

Another case of "votes" going missing?

*waits for his head to be trampled for accusing vote tampering*

Sadly not. I'm old enough to remember the Mick Buxton years. Ian Robins and Malcolm Brown were two of my childhood heroes.

...I've never been one to set my sights too high.

Let's face it swing. You don't care WHAT part she has as long as she appears in a skin tight costume

Well, Jade does do the part better than Anouska and whats the point of fixing the vote?. If they wanted Jade to have the part, they would have just given it to her when they gave out the parts to the rest.

The point of fixing the vote, if indeed it did happen, would be to rake in money that will enable £ndemol to increase their already huge coffers. The point of Jade/Anouska is pretty irrelevant as they would have chosen their "Cinders" anyway.

If they wanted to make money from phone voting , they would have opened up all of the parts to the public vote, had lots of text messages etc etc.

That is true, but I think this way, they keep their "integrity" (if I can say that without snorting coffee everywhere) by only having one vote. I only really made the comment as a throw away one, anyway

I know.
Jade doesnt have much support here I agree, but sometimes I think, because of that, every time she does well it cannot be ,according to some fm's, on her own merits. Shes lasted 2 and a half years now, well beyond the shelf life of most BB contestants, she must have something going for her and she is still the biggest shifter of copy when she appears in magazines. (of all the ex bb hm's, including Nadia).

What does she really have to offer, apart from a "celebrity" (I use this term loosely) on/off relationship with Jeff and a famous "incident" with another BB contestant?

Jade is indeed unappealing.....ugly one might say.
darling

But Jade can sing, she's quite a good dancer and she can be entertaining.

None of those things are true of Anouska.

If Jade had some real competition for the Cinderella role she might not have got it. Mel, Narinda, or Marco would have given her a good run for her money.

But Anouska, no way.

It was a walkover.
