He s got a lovely voice.

My critique:

He's in tune and has quite good diction and phrasing. Nice tone, but his vibrato needs reigning in and he could do with working on dynamics and connecting emotionally with the song.

He sang it for the sing-off during the X-Factor and he was very good.

He looked so much better then.

His voice is so nice singing that song, I would buy it if he released it.

Side note: Is it just me or does he look a bit like Spencer in that video?

Now that you mention it, kind of...It must be the power of suggestion because I couldn't see it until you mentioned it D:

Flawless. Proof that he can sing.

He's really good looking there, but it shows he's had his top lip Katie Priced as now it's pouty.

I see some mad people in denial posting in this thread.

He did a nice acoustic version of that a couple of weeks previously on Xtra Factor, where James Arthur accompanied him on guitar.

I know! I'm with you, Rylan can't sing and his voice sounded awful there.

Yup, saw that at the time but wanted to post the full length version.

I like both versions, just trying to make a point that it wasn't a fluke

Ahh, good point. Although I think his lower register is far better than his falsetto.

But actually, just posting again to say I don't think he's the best singer in the world, by a LONG shot. Just not as bad as some people think he is.

I don't watch X-factor and had never heard of him before this. He sounds good but mostly I think he looks far more attractive with the blonde rather than the black hair. Bless him

His save me songs were good and he sung well, he does need more vocal coaching, his dancing is good, he has all the raw talent, I hope he works on it rather than get sucked in to reality stuff. A win here would help, record companies want popular people more than talent, example Mrs Cole!

I am a really good singer, and Rylan absolutely butchered a good song here.
