Did they ever have a realistic chance of winning? Rylan will win hands down imo.

Speidi and Rylan have both become more likeable for me as time has gone on. This is obviously due to more favourable edits. I think the producers expect Rylan to win easily and have promoted him as much as they can.

When Gillian was being interviewed it was obvious that she and Tricia had largely been edited out so we didn't see them 'having a laugh'.

Oh yeah, Rylan's got it in the bag for definite, thanks to a little, or should I say a whole load of help from his good friend BB. However if there was someone to rival him for the crown it'll be Speidi, so why not make it even easier for this series' chosen one to win?

As I recall the first task that Speidi were given was in their favour and a set up against the others....this is just redressing the balance, and the housemates are likely shocked because Speidi have been fake nice to their faces while slagging them off relentlessly behind their backs. Its Karma.

Speidi were never in with a chance of winning IMO....the way they acted in the celler in the first 2 days saw to that

I don't think there was ever any 'doing a Deana'. For a start, BB knew that she was not favourite to win, but was notably behind Luke. For another thing, they had gone to a lot of trouble to promote the white room twist; it wasn't good, but obviously they were going to show any conflict it led to in the main house, since that was all they were going to get out of it. There was, from their point of view, disappointingly little conflict; the housemates were nice about Conor and nice to Luke S. Only Deana gave them what they were hoping for.

And similarly I don't think BB expect Speidi to win. They expect, as we all do, Rylan to win.

I think they were and BB have seen how many votes they have been getting whenever they were up for eviction, so now they are working over time to make them look even worse then they have been.

Is DS going to "do a Deana" on a housemate every year, is a better question...

I don't think BB are making speidi look bad. They've always done it all by themselves.

I supported Deana, but she didn't do herself any favours in the final week. If she hadn't delighted in winding Luke S up, BB could not have shown it! The thing that really damaged her chances of winning imo, was that her funnier side was mostly confined to FB/YouTube clips!
