I am getting a bit bored with the food I generally eat. Any help would be appreciated. When I say vegetarian - I mean I don't eat meat or fish.

I have got dozen - from Internet, Library books, bought books.
The words "Vegetarian recipes" covers lots of options so I could post them and they are not what you want.
I don't have any that are not nice - I usually get rid of them but you might think they are nice

I would try http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/
They have a good vegetarian section (plus lots of lovely cakes and puddings).

Thai Green Curry - Look for a green chicken curry and lave out the chicken, meat stock and fish sauce. Use aubergine, mushrooms, tofu etc. as the meaty part/substance.

But back to the originalqs, as long as you're ok with meats sub, then most receives can be adapted these days with a bit of tweaking and imagination.

I was a pescetarian for 4 years before becoming a vegetarian but I always just said I was a vegetarian before that as many people aren't familiar with pescetarianism and I couldn't be bothered explaining it. My mum had a friend who was a full vegetarian that used to get really cheesed off with me about it though.
