What is wrong with their booking system? I have tried numerous times to connect and it either won't connect at all, times out, or switches to a generic page that doesn,t even apologise or explain for the problem and this has been going on all week.

It's a shocking system, doesn't work on the ipad either.

The main problem with it is, that you can book a ticket, but come collection at the cinema - 9 times out of 10 that ticket collection machine will not be working! The amount of times I have seen an 'Out of Order' sign on those machines. It then means you have to join the queue(what was the point of booking in advance then?)to collect your ticket!
