Wheat free baking

I have recently tried baking with wheat free flour, but the results look alright, the cakes are very heavy and dry tasting.

Can anyone here reccomendation a really good wheat free baking book, or even the odd recipe.

I made gluten free biscuits and bread, you need to add xanthum gum to the mix to make it act more like normal flour.
