I am self employed and run my own bussiness and my work isp is BT Broadband and at home my isp is Virgin Media is there a way to acess files and programs on my work pc from my home pc?

How much data is there to view? If its only a small amount it might be worth using a service like Dropbox or Google Drive?

Team Viewer or Logmein should do it.
