Samsung S3 urgent mobile data issue

hi I am on the Orange/EE network and after 7:50 this morning my internet seems to have stopped working even though it says there is a 3G H+ symbol

none of apps are updating content

tried rebooting several times

not sure what problem is or what to do next

It's probably nothing major, maybe just a faulty mast. Phoning them as said above is the best bet.
