May take a few days though. |

Been having this issue for a month, on Infinity 2 unlimited was getting 51 mbps and not its dropped to 35 mbps. The following is the result of the BTW test.
1. Best Effort Test: -provides background information. Download Speed 35.66 Mbps 0 Mbps 36.51 Mbps Max Achievable Speed Download speedachieved during the test was - 35.66 Mbps For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 16 Mbps-36.51 Mbps . Additional Information: IP Profile for your line is - 36.51 Mbps 2. Upstream Test: -provides background information. Upload Speed 7.91 Mbps 0 Mbps 20 Mbps Max Achievable Speed Upload speed achieved during the test was - 7.91Mbps Additional Information: Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps When i signed up for the Infinity package i was only given the option of Infinity 2 so i'm rather unhappy paying for a premium product and receiving Infinity basic in return. Technical are working on it so unless i get at least 51 mbps back then BT and i will talk about releasing me from the contract. |

Have you tried asking for help on the BT Community forums? http://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity/bd-p/BTInfinity
