Haven't checked my speed for a while.... getting 58/16 this morning. I'll have to keep an eye on this.

I'm not sure what the SLA is, I've checked my speed over the last couple of days it's consistently down from 78 Mbps to 63 Mbps.
There's no way I'll be need all of that bandwidth right now of course so I guess they have us over a barrel or rather than SLA as you're not going to notice the difference until it drops dramatically.

Have you tried asking for help on the BT Community forums? http://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity/bd-p/BTInfinity

One of the mods there can usually look into such problems if you ask them to. May take a few days though.

Been having this issue for a month, on Infinity 2 unlimited was getting 51 mbps and not its dropped to 35 mbps. The following is the result of the BTW test.

1. Best Effort Test: -provides background information.

Download Speed
35.66 Mbps

0 Mbps 36.51 Mbps
Max Achievable Speed

Download speedachieved during the test was - 35.66 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 16 Mbps-36.51 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 36.51 Mbps

2. Upstream Test: -provides background information.

Upload Speed
7.91 Mbps

0 Mbps 20 Mbps
Max Achievable Speed

Upload speed achieved during the test was - 7.91Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps

When i signed up for the Infinity package i was only given the option of Infinity 2 so i'm rather unhappy paying for a premium product and receiving Infinity basic in return.

Technical are working on it so unless i get at least 51 mbps back then BT and i will talk about releasing me from the contract.
