Giff Gaff data limits?

I have just received a sim pack from Giff gaff and for £12 a month I can have 250mins unlimited texts and unlimited data, now usually you see in the small print that there is a fair use policy in place but nothing I can find so the question is, is it totally unlimited ?

1GB a day or more would trigger a warning, apparently.

No fup on phones. No tethering allowed. & as long as you do not use excessive amounts(gb's per day), you will be fine.

So there is a fair use policy...

Gift gaff aren't the network to go fir if you plan on tethering or using a lot of data in a short time. Plus data speeds are average compared to other networks.

There is a fair use policy and the don't allow tethering, also as others have said 3G coverage and speed isn't the best.
