Angelo

If my kid was called that, I'd keep it a secret as well.

Nothing wrong with it imo.

She's been calling him 'Little Peanut' to the press - that'd be far worse.

What's wrong with Angelo as a name (whether or not it is Adele's kid's name)

I've heard worse names. It makes me think of the 90s kids show Mike and Angelo

Whether it is his name or it isn't, I think its fine (no business of mine anyway).

Better that than Buddy Bear Maurice or Petal Blossom Rainbow

OP, you started a thread with no context or link so we had no idea what you were talking about.

As a name I think it's fine.

It just reminds me of this!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRLQs0w4ExY

It came out when I was about 6. I remember it because my grandad bought me a plastic horse for my birthday and I called it Angelo...after the song after seeing it on TOTP

It's better than some names that get used, definitely.

That was the first thing I thought of as well!

It's a nice name, though.

Could be those old Top of the Pops reruns, such a shameless Abba ripoff, even have the piano riff from Dancing Queen in it to add insult to injury.

Oh hell, I was just about to say, what about that awful Brotherhood of Man song?!

Bargain bucket Abba.

Either that or it sounds like one of those badly acted, stereotypical Italian restaurant-owner characters that you might expect to see in Eastenders.
