Don't spam the forum then

We all know there's a problem and how to donate without posting it in EVERY SINGLE FORUM to plead on peoples' consciences and boost your post count.

Now where are you when people are starving in Africa, are you out there helping out or raising money for them? If not you're a hypocrite feeding off the scraps of a (natural) disaster and I feel immensely sorry for you.

I never had any intention of boosting my post count, and even if i do thats not the point. I seriously am appealing to as many people as possible to donate, to help the people.

Well at least ssssssss is spamming something worthwhile. They keep appealing for money on TV, would you call that spamming? No one can help what happened in Asia and Africa.

If i get thrown off for spamming so be it. But i for one would be happy to be removed if its means some one is making a donation that could be saving someones life or providing vital aid

I gave via that Red Cross site too, but should people give thru the official disaster site http://www.dec.org.uk

I'm sure it all gets to the same place.

Hey guess what - there was snow in Africa this Christmas!

Personally I think they should withdraw the band-aid single because of it, or change the lyrics at least.

And it was that Helen woman on News24 which informed me of the 'Snow in Africa' - I had a wee chuckle when she said that..

Regards,

I worked that out ages ago. Doesn't take a genius to work out that Mount Kilamanjaro may have snow on it.

It's almost beyond comprehension that this has happened. The relief efforts will be enor, mous. It's times like this that the world can come together and do some good, unfortunately the politics of greed and envy will no doubt intervene and things will go sour.

We live on the planet, The planet doesn't exist for us humanity needs to realise that we are so vulnerable to it's geo-chemistry. Indeed we all 'felt' the effect the length of the day was cut short by a few millionths of a second.

Think of others for once please.
