I'm sorry if this is strange but I just wonder what other people eat.

8am: I had a nesquick cereal.
12pm: I had 2 chicken burgers.
5.30pm I had rice and chicken.

And now I fancy tea and some chocolate.

Whenever I ask my four year old what she wants to eat, I only ever get one answer: "slugs".

At 2.30 I had half a ham and cheese panini, at 6 I had a mackerel fillet and salad, at 7.30 I had 4 squares of dark chocolate and I may have a banana in a bit.

I had some roast pork, rumbledethumps and some green medley for lunch.

I had some homemade sponge pudding with jam for afternoon tea as it was freezing.

I had a peanut butter sandwich for my supper.

<no breakfast as part of intermittent diet>
11am - coffee
1pm - Chicken tikka & steamed broccoli (leftovers from last night), water.
7pm - Grilled Salmon with lemon, and chopped red chilli, water.

And that's me until tomorrow!

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast
Dinner: Tuna, Sweetcorn, Red Onion and Lettuce Fatsos sandwich with Cheese & Onion crisps.
Tea: Greggs Cornbeef Pastie reheated, half a garlic bread and beans
Snacks: Chocolate Shape Dessert and 2 mini Snickers from the Celebrations tub.

My diet is not what you would call ideal!!

1 singapore chow mein
1 beef in black bean sauce
1 shrimp fried rice
1 prawn toast
1 chips
1 portion of spare ribs
2 chicken sweetcorn soup
1 prawn crackers
6 magnum minis for pudding

not sure what to have for supper.
might phone for a pizza.

As I had dental surgery earlier today, I've only had a bowl of Heinz Tomato Soup and a slice of bread and two slices of toast before my visit to the dentist.

I'm starving.

7am: Egg white omlette with peppers & spinich with a mug of green tea, Protein shake

10am: 2 bananas, & a handfull of almonds, Protein shake

1pm: Chicken Kebabs, wholemeal pitta bread, stuffed with salad and spicy mayo

3pm: Yogurt & a handfull of nuts

6pm: Beef Stew with sweet potatoes, Protein shake

10pm: Will be a casein protein shake and maybe another omlette

Dinner - Chicken tandoori, mushrooms and fresh chilli pizza.

Breakfast - 2 Crumpets, Porridge with sultanas a sliced banana and a squeeze of honey.

Lunch - North African Veg low fat soup, chunk of cheesy bread, pack of mini cheddars, low fat yoghurt, pack of chocolate thins biscuits, small apple and clementine.

Dinner - Chicken Stew and two bread rolls over at my mums.
