Top players who quickly went bad

Off the top of my head I can think of

Fernando Torres
Gaizka Mendieta
Lee Sharpe
Ronaldinho

Any others?

No he wasn't. he'd just enjoyed another fantastic season in Serie A. He lost it at Chelsea.

You just beat me to it Pee with Veron.
Winston Bogarde was a Dutch regular, joined Chelsea and gave up.

Thomas Brolin: Had a v.good World Cup & Euros for Sweden and success with Parma in the early-mid 90s then came to play in the UK and was awful, retiring before he had even reached the age of thirty.
