Samantha Fox, Brigitte Nielsen and Victoria Silvsomething?

Oh great. That should make for some riveting conversation.

Who is Victoria Sivisomething? I know she's a model. Is she famous for anything else?

"This Swedish beauty can do just about anything you would expect a woman to be able to do. Nearly six feet tall, with platinum blonde hair and icy blue eyes, Victoria’s supermodel status and physical beauty is celebrated all over the world. She was the 2002 Maxim Woman of the Year, MISS SWEDEN, Playmate of the Year, former Guess? Model, and has appeared on the cover of hundreds of magazines around the world. "

Yep, that's just about all you could expect any woman to be able to do.

I don't think we had any real riveting conversation this year in BB and no one seemed to complain. Anyone who saw Samantha Fox's pissed up antics in ITV'S "The Club" would agree she's potential "car crash" tv.Victoria Silvstedt is some decent eye candy so I would ditch Brigitte Neilson out of the three. She's past it-potential embarrassing tv

Nah, they'll be too busy nude mud-wrestling

Anyway, can't see any of them knowing much about riveting.

Absolutely frightening blurb on that website! Makes her sound like a Barbie doll, which is maybe all she aspires to.

Seriously though it sounds like a big pile of poo.
Where are the celebrities? At least most people knew who the last lot were. If you knew Goldie you didn't know Les Dennis and vice versa so it worked well.

I think they'd be better off forgetting this Celeb version and having a really good go at doing a decent BB6 this year.

The Games is going to be miles more interesting by the look of it.

Surely they can get "celebrities" we have heard of. No matter how rubbish we call them, we'd probably rather have people we know, thats why it's Celebrity Big Brother...

Seriously they should just go round panto and the West End picking up all celebrities willing to do that. They could get David Hasselhoff, Stephen Gately and more.

Then people would be saying 'Pah!, some old has-been actor and a never-was boy bander'

Let's face it, it's part of forum tradition on all these shows to say that the celebs are crap. Why can't people just get it into their heads that Elton John, David Beckham and The Pope are NEVER EVER going to do do these shows.

The pool of contestants available is the one where the has been and the wannabee swim, the 'I need to put the record straight' and the 'I want to show another side of me' brigade.

If you know who half the contestants are, you shouldn't be complaining, that's a good average.

Of the peeps mooted for this, the only one I don't know is Victoria Blond-Babe. That tells me that they have a pretty high calibre of minor celebs.

Even on the last I'm A Celeb I didn't know Nancy, Joe, Fran & Sophie - that was half of them. This is a much more famous collection than that.

And why does it matter so much that we know all about them before the show. The point of the show for the viewers is that we see peeps in unusual circumstances and find out something about their character & personality that we wouldn't get from seeing them do their day jobs.

McCrirrick might be a bit of an ars*hole on C4 racing coverage, but he's not going to be doing racing coverage in the BB house, he's going to interacting 24/7 with seven other people, that's a whole different ball-game. Let's see how it goes before dismissing him.

according to todays Daily Star BB bosses are claiming that they "sacked" David Icke. Also apparently somebody's going to be kicked off after 24 hours

" It has appeared in some British newspapers over the last few weeks that I am going to be appearing on ‘Celebrity' Big Brother. For readers outside the UK, this is a television programme in which people live together in a ‘house' while being filmed 24 hours a day and the public vote for who they consider to be the ‘winner'.

They are airing a ‘celebrity' version of this over two weeks in January on the UK's Channel 4 and people have been asking me wherever I go if it is true that I am going to be on this show. The answer is NO. I am not going to appear on the programme and never was. "

David Icke

..... check it out ..... ”

Just this once, I believe David Icke .....

I'm not sure you're allowed to say " impressive bra size " on here. It can be a bit unsettling for some people.

I should imagine they have to turn away weeping, begging celebs who want more fame, and just a little bit of attention

I for one am glad David Icke isn't going to be there. Not for the "Son of God" nonsense, because that's passed into eternity now, but there's been enough serious stuff in the news, and listening to Mr Icke going on and on about the planet isn't what people watching would have wanted to hear. I think we need silly stuff!
