Would be interested to know what people think of veggie haggis? I remember having to eat proper haggis at school and hating it so since then I've only had the veggie kind in a restaraunt and I liked it.

I picked up a Haggis a few weeks ago when I was in Gretna for a wedding and stuck it in the freezer.
It was haggis, tatties and neeps for tea tonight, yummy. |

We had Haggis last night with all the trimmings, I went with roasted neeps (par boiled, dipped in plain flour and lots of cracked black pepper) as a variation to the original recipe. Turned out really well

Hopefully I'm having some haggis (just bought one) next week with tatties and mashed neeps/carrot washed down with something (not a whisky person, maybe it will be Polish lager)
![]() How do you cook a haggis? The one I bought said it was for 2-3 people Can you warm some up again the following day?

I ran one over the other day, but it was too squashed to be worth retrieving.

Can you warm some up again the following day?I had haggis on Friday and Saturday. There's a chieftan-sized one in the fridge, so we'll be having it twice again this week. Good job it's one of my favourite meals. |

You don't need to cook it all at once. Just microwave the amount that you want to eat.
