Cake recipes for one
I want to make myself a cake, without making a whole batch. I bought a ramekin that I intend to use for the job. Has anybody got any good cake or muffin recipes that are just for one. Ive already experimented a bit using just flour, sugar, milk and I mixed a bit of mashed banana with the milk and it was okay, but it was quite flat when it came out of the oven. Anybody got any tips or ideas?

I make a full size cake and cut into portions and freeze the extras - works quite well with many recipes.

There's a 'chocolate cake in a cup' recipe. I've never tried it but i seem to recall that some people here have and liked it!

Thanks for the suggestions. I will give the cake in a cup a go I think - sounds fun.
