Not sure how I feel about Cheryl leaving. Indifferent I think. I just hope to god Brendan doesn't die for her, go to prison for her, or leave with her. She doesn't deserve to be the reason for his exit.

I love it when Brendan gets all 'You're needy, you're clingy, you're in my face!' There really is this exciting element to their relationship where they never know what's going to happen next. The mood just flips in an instant.

Plus we all know Brendan loves it when Ste's in his face

Out of all those scenarios, the one I'd hate the least is him dying for her. I just really want his last moments to be with Ste whatever happens.

Anyway, there's not much point worrying about it. What will be will be.

I think that Brendan will go on the run and Cheryl will go with him. That would be a crap exit for both of them right enough

I definitely don't think Brendan will leave with Cheryl.

I think no matter what happens, Brendan will die and Cheryl will leave with Nate (or alone) because she's been too affected by Brendan's death to stay in the village.

She must leave on bad terms with Ste because I can't see her leaving him behind to suffer through his depression and grief alone. I'd actually find this understandable (not right, but understandable) because people do very strange things in grief and can be very unreasonable. Plus Cheryl is quite fickle anyway, so it makes sense she would blame Ste and then leave him behind. She loved Brendan a lot, so maybe she would see the man who her brother died for every time she looks at him. That's why I think Brendan dies saving Ste.

Anything could happen really. I love that they've kept it all relatively tight lipped. I don't remember the last time I could figure out a series of events of Stendan/Brendan storylines.

It's all getting a bit real isn't it.

Really I'd like Cheryl to go off with Nate in a sort of calm before Brendan's final storm. Maybe she finds out about the abuse, feels guilty, wants a fresh start. Apologises to Brendan (yeah, right) then goes off with her rich sexy sweet man. Ste and Brendan have just got each other then, five minutes' peace and then the final showdown.

I don't know where Seamus and Simon are in this scenario.

Obviously Cheryl's still around after Ste's face gets hurt, so she's probably there at the end and cradles Brendan's dying body before running off to buy a hat for her wedding.

Like I said, I love it when they fight and I love it when Ste gets in his face

ETA: Guys. GUYS. Do you really think that Brendan would go on the run without Ste????? He'd rather die than leave him, ffs. Surely if Chez is in real danger she would just send her on her own or with Nate, and he'd follow them right after with Ste. Jesus Christ

I honestly believe he would yeah

He feels that Ste is safer without him and he will leave him because he loves and doesn't want to put him through anymore danger or a life on the run.

I think this is what Emmett meant about his complete evolution or something that he said, giving Ste up to keep him safe.
