Is it my phone or my 3G connection?
I like to stream stuff on my phone. However, on certain feeds it seems to stutter every 20 seconds. After running a speed test, I am getting 8mb down and 1mb up. It seems like the speeds are more than enough. Could it be my phone? It is a HTC Incredible S. Old phone I know.

A lot a variables, network provider., mast, concurrent users, website, server, speed between server and network.
What is it like on wifi? |

Yeah, if it's ok on WiFi and the stutter is regularly at 20 seconds that soulds like the phone itself. A 3G cell might sunddenly come under heavy load every now and then causing a stutter, but not every 20 seconds.
