The long awaited sequel to Wolf Creek has now begun production still in the early days of production though:

Im in two minds about this cause the 1st one was amazingly scary and creepy, and we all know most sequels turn out to be dire. But the original writer has been working on it for a few years so hopefully he has come up with something that can match the 1st one.

I'm not a fan either. It had one good, memorable sentence. The rest was long boring set-up, followed by victims acting dumb.

Wolf Creek is a superb film despite it's slow build up. I think 10 minutes could easily have been deducted. 50 minutes is to long.

To create a good sequel they need to bring in the original killer, different set up, no more than 5 victims and keep it chilling and scary. I also think the girl who was

but it would be great to have this shown.

I hope it's released by the end of the year and in the cinema as well.

The first film depended on the surprise element of what happens half way through. That won't be there with the second one.
