Iphone - my Vodafone app
on my iPhone 5 the 'My Vodafone' app stopped working around a week ago, anyone else having the same problem?

Delete the app, close all background apps, soft reset the phone (hold down both the power and menu buttons till you see the Apple logo, you won't lose anything), reinstall the app.

The app is crap. It never ever works for me.

EE's isn't much better. Slow and cluncky. Does work though.
Never ceases to amaze me how these telcos spending billions on building networks can't find a few thousand quid to have a decent app written. |

Kieran ive had the app since release and installed it on countless different models of phones and it has never once been 'crap' for me or anyones phone that i have installed it on...

Flagpole it tells you where the but hotspots are and what you're usage is and last bill date...

, but there's an alternative.My Phone Usage allows you to check your mobile account usage on the iPhone, and currently supports seven providers, including Vodafone. The plus version allows you to check multiple accounts, and we have an update coming out next week to allow you to check any Vodafone number associated with your account. |

The Three app works fine, so dont tarnish every network for having a crap app
