Toastie recipies

Ok, my toastie sandwich maker has arrived, apart from beans and cheese any fab recipies or combinations of sandwiches. It don't do panini it's the sealed sandwiches type one

Ive just saw this idea in my head as I was reading this thread title, but cheese and ham, and thinly sliced meatballs. I got some 'Swedish Styled' meatballs from my local Nisa, and they are just sitting there. Thinking I might give that a try, maybe give them a bit of a nuke in microwave first. Sounds like a good idea. Shall report back Scotty Rangers! (thats a Joan Rivers thing Fashion Police btw).

My current fav: cheese, mushroom, hamburger relish, pineapple and then pepper and oregano sprinkled onto the marg on the outside of the bread.

For sweet, has to be banana and peanut butter.

Had my new toastie, better idea then it tasted. sounded good on paper. My quest for a better toastie continues

That sounded lovely till you said "marg" - that is probably one of the worst things you can put into your body.
