Food Conundrums
I love having boiled egg on toasted wholemeal bread. However, by the time you get the shell of the egg, there is only half an egg left and its usually cold.
What can you do to get the shell of easier? I have looked up these techniques and wondered what you do? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRj1BdZYft8 - needs good blowing technique http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZ7STYWbTlA - takes too long and you lose the goodness of the egg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPW9D_E5mLQ - very fiddly what other food conundrums are there? |

Why don't you just poach your egg by cracking it straight into simmering water and put that on the toast ? Piping hot and no shell at the finish. It's still a boiled egg isn't it ?
