How long has this been happening? Anyone else you know on Voda or do you have another phone you can try your sim in?
Might be a good idea for you to search your post code here: http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Faults-Board/bd-p/69 As they may have a fault or have work ongoing locally. |

Doesn't say there is any sort of mast problems in the area and i don't think it's the hand set as it was recently replaced. Might it be because of surrounding woodland?

Is it me or is the frequency of iphone signal threads increasing a hell of a lot here lately?

Op seems to have a local mast issue though. Not phone related. |

Could be because more and more iPhones 5's are being built.
i do notice that the 5 has a different signal to the 4S etc. i wouldn't say it's worse as sometimes it is better than the 4S, sometimes it's worse. Just different equipment, different antennas and with the mobile tech the phone is always varying it's broadcast level, the 3G mast is doing the same. Might not even be on the same cell etc etc.. I've found the 5 clings onto very little signal i.e. 2G middle of no where scottish highlands.. better than most phones. |

Im coming to the conclusion that its just the usual unreliable Vodafone service... They always seem to be the worst when compared to the 3 other major providers
