No replacement for Gary in my opinion. For better TV yeah put Robbie there but otherwise no Buble, he seems like a nice guy and all but Gary's just so much better than him. They're both laid-back but Gary seems like the more down-to-earth and wise/knowledgeable guy than Bubs. Not to mention he improves my viewing experience...(cheeky).

Brian Higgins of Xenomania (he's produced songs for Girls Aloud, Kylie, Sugababes etc). Or Neil Tennant.

Florence Welch. But then again, she's to good for a show like this.

George Michael would be my choice, but I like Gary and hope he isn't leaving.

I want someone from behind the scenes. These 'famous' judges are a let down 90% of the time

Someone with a lot of experience yet current. Someone who has been in the industry a long time but they need to still be having hits in order to appeal to younger viewers too. Someone like Buble would be perfect I think. Really likeable guy and super talented. Brilliant track record, the older generation loves him plus the younger ones.
