Network of the year

Following on from the "Phones of the year" thread...what would you say has been the network of the year?

For me it would have to be Vodafone - Starting to offer some cracking deals online, and the 3g phones look great (I want one sooo much!). Their also the network that I have heard less complaints about.

Up until a few days ago i would have said orange... but to be honest i think it has to be 3 for being so competitive and also despite what many people say they have improved a lot and believe they will do even better next year.

It just has to be '3'...........

'3' bashing is on the way out now, they have improved and grown over the last year.

For me, it's 3.

I totally disagree orange customer services has gone down hill recently especially rude and arrogant supervisors who disregard the law. Also coverage on orange is no where near as oustanding as it used to be 02 far surpass them in this area now.

I agree - Orange.

I joined Three yesterday, just to see if they have improved. In one or two areas they have, but overall they havent - there are still issues which make the experience a little rocky.

I called customer services today and 4 minutes of the 5 minute call were spent spelling words and explaining what I meant to an Indian operator - I dont have time or patience for this. I would suggest Three throw in an interpretor with every handset if they intend to keep outsourcing CS.

Also, why is it that of a £15 top up I cannot have £15 calling credit? Oh, I can! If I spend £15 on a top up and then buy 1 x £10 and 1 x £5 add on's I can have normal credit to make video calls(providing I have an active top up)! How generous. Mind, bearing in mind 3g coverage I guess I wont need Video calling that much!

I dont run networks down just to make a "fashion" statement! If they are crap, I report them as such.

Now that cracked me up the other day.

As we know with online accounts you have to pay 50p a min for help, or they say they offer free online customer care.

I e-mailed and said can i please have a PAC code... I got a reply e-mail saying to call 0905 xxxxxxx and ask for one

0905? Fooking cheek! Anyway......NOTY for me is O2 they get slagged off a lot but they do offer the best tariffs for payg customers, and their customer care is nowhere near as bad as some would have you think.

I have to say o2, simply because they are the only network I have been on that I lasted over a year on

Customer Services may cost 50ppm, but they are very helpful... My free text/media bundle was changed within a day after phoneing them up, from PAYG as well... people say the PAYG CS are poo, but I have to disagree...
