doro easy 610 oper code what does it mean
My elderly mother-in-law has this mobile because of her difficulty in hearing. When she bought it, it was on o2 which is too expensive,,,I have given her a Vodafone sim with a good amount of money on but when I try it it comes up with "oper code." I have read the instruction book back to fron and can find nothing referring to this. What I did read in the book was that the phone is not locked to any network so I dont know where to go now.....Thanks for any help

It seems likely that the phone is locked - usually there's someone at the local 'market' unlocking phones.

Call O2 and ask them if the phone is "locked" to their network. If it is, then you need them to unlock it before it will accept a SIM from another network.
