Medium mostly, unless I order a sauce with it, in which case Well Done, since the sauce mixes with any blood and goes manky. I'll eat it just about any way though, including steak tartare.

Rare.
Medium rare if I'm unsure of the restaurant. Bleu if I know the Chef is good. |

I have mine Blue. Not tatally raw (as in not seen a pan) but just cooked enough that a good vet could get it mooing again.

All depends where and what country, as I have found out
In the uk, a rare steak will be a rare steak, medium will be meduim and so on But go to another country, and ask for a medium steak, it may come back as a rare medium, so its always best to tell them how you want your steak, ie I would like it weel cooked through, and a wee bit pinkish in the middles |

Depends on the cut doesn't it.
You wouldn't eat a rib-eye rare for example. |

Yes directly from the cow for me too, I tend to clamp my teeth on to the throat and take it down quickly with suffocation,
Then I tear a whole with my teeth into the carcass and find the tastiest freshest meat, It's awful trying to get my clothes clean afterwards but rewarding. |

Medium rare. Mmm...I want steak now. With home cooked chips, onions, mushrooms and pepper sauce...
