Ive jsut been sent a letter from vodafone saying that i can upgrade for no charge even though im only in the 10th month of the contract.

Will this also allow me to ask them for a PAC number to change network?

Also if i start a new contract with vodafone, after how many months can i change tariff?

You will not be able to get a PAC code until your contract is expired. The special offer upgrade will more than likely tie you to a new 12 month contract.

If you do nt want to be tied down for another 12 months then check the small print carefully before accepting the offer.

Yep you will have to pay off the remainder of your contract, they normally take 5% off the total due when doing this way.

A 12 month contract is exactly what it says, a 12 month contract.
