By far the best one, musically and lyrically, is:-

Waterloo Sunset - The Kinks

Others:-

Sunny Goodge Street - Donovan
Les Bicyclettes De Belsize - Engelbert Humperdinck
Lambeth Walk - Some act from the 1930's

Some songs mention areas of London, 6 examples being:

A Taste of Aggro ~ Barron Knights (Catford; another Barron Knights song mentions Walthamstow)

Also I can't resist sharing this. Digital Spy have a member called x_hayes_x, and there are two areas of Greater London called Hayes!

Dedicated Follower Of Fashion - The Kinks

... mentions Regent Street and Leicester Square, and also indirectly mentions Carnaby Street.

Play With Fire - The Rolling Stones

... mentions St. John's Wood, Stepney and Knightsbridge.

Chelsea Morning - Joni Mitchell

The Chelsea in this song is actually the one in New York City, but let's pretend it's the one in London.
