hello all,*

Just posting in here to ask if anyone wouldn't mind helping me out with a project I'm working on, its about the films of 2012, and which were the best from the lists provided. This is a project I'm working on for uni and would be a great help if you took the time to fill it out, it won't take long at all, 2mins max and you don't need to put your name or sign up for anything, its just a click of the mouse.

Edit (for clarification): I generally don't watch animated films so I haven't seen any in your 'Best Animated Films' list.

1. '7. Worse Film' should be '7. Worst Film'

2. '8. Most Unnecessary Remake/Reboot/Sequel'

There are differences between remake, reboot and sequel. The Bourne Legacy isn't a reboot, remake or sequel. One could say it's a spin-off.

Yeah sorry about that people, I did do that but didn't ckeck it before posting the survey and found out if didn't work, it was already do late by that time because people had already been fiiling it out, and would have had to reset the information already collected for the change to work.

I wouldn't say Hunger Games was a guilty pleasure. Or that Silver Linings Playbook was a disappointment. Though I guess that's all subjective.

I haven't seen half the films on your list, but The Avengers was the most disappointing film last year.

This is 40 isn't out yet in the UK, but I've read the screenplay, and unless the film is significantly different to the screenplay, it does NOT deserve to be on a list of poor films. Overlong? Yes An acquired taste? Probably. Even so, I don't think you can call it a bad film, especially considering some of the other shit released last year...

For somebody in higher education that's a ridiculously narrow survey, with an array of spelling errors and general lack of understanding of the whole point of surveys. This Is 40 (a movie that hasn't even come out yet in the UK) for some reason appearing amongst the "worse" (sic) options? Who decided that?

Silver Linings Playbook was one of my favourite films of last year - gutted you'd put it as an option for biggest disappointment.

"Worse film?" If it's possible to get into University with grammar like this I'm glad I never bothered trying to get a degree.

And if you make all fields mandatory with no "other"/write-in section it makes it very difficult to complete the survey unless you've seen ALL OF THE FILMS.

Agree with comments above. If it's a serious research project it shouldn't be prescriptive, it should allow for the respondents to enter their own choices. I'm not prepared to fill this in as it stands and I think it would be incorrect to claim any kind of statistical reliability for the results.
