The Middle and Modern Family - UK air date

Does anyone know when these start up again in the UK?

They both came back a while ago in the US, I'm missing them.

Thanks Mishcoll. It's so annoying when Sky does that.

Does anyone now if Modern Family Season 4 is likely to be re-shown from the beginning before it restarts? I had been recording them whilst I watched Season 3 on DVD and just as I got to the end, my Virgin Media box broke and ended up losing all of Season 4

Guess they are waiting for a space in scheduling to fit it in, SKY are showing an ever inceasing number of tatty UK shows now so guess the US shows are not that important anymore, all they are doing is forcing people to watch by other means, a big fail once again by sky.

No it's all to do with being able to show them in as complete a run as possible. The the US the shows start late sept and run to around April however they have random gaps that appear throughout the season. So u may get 2 or 3 episodes in a row but then a week or 2s break. For some reason UK channels don't think we can cope with this so they either show the seasons in two halfs like modern family or wait and show them in a complete run like glee for example.

However my problem with this is is that as u say over time a lot of people start downloading the shows illegally and then the viewing figures start dropping on eg sky one so they either stop showing it or put them on at crappy times.

Believe that if you want, I sure dont, if that was the case they would not have shown modern family when they started to show it in September, they would have delayed it from the start and then shown it in a 24 episode run.
